We do not accept returns, but exchanges are allowed within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original package and in the same condition that you received it.  Please contact our customer support at admin@outdabarnzent.com to initiate an exchange for damaged products. All items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange. Thank you for your understanding!

Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is fully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Thank you for your order!
